Catherine Gage was the daughter of Sir Thomas Gage, 2nd Bt. and Mary Chamberlain.1 She married Walter Aston, 3rd Lord Aston of Forfar, son of Walter Aston, 2nd Lord Aston of Forfar and Mary Weston, after 1680.1 She died on 2 April 1720, without issue.1 She was buried at Standon, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1
After her marriage, Catherine Gage was styled as Baroness Aston of Forfar after 1680. From after 1680, her married name became Aston.1
