     Her married name became Davis.² The home of Sarah and A.V. Davis was ‘Dunleith’ which was originally built by Mr.Charles Dahlgreen.

Charles Dahlgreen was the builder of “Dunleith”. He married the daughter, Mary, of Job Routh who gave Charles and Mary the site of his own home, the first “Routhland” demolished by fire in 1845, where they built “Dunleith”. Job Routh deeded to his son, John, “ten acres and a dwelling” very likely the beginning of present day “Routhland” in close proximity to ”Dunleith”.²
