     Maria Theresa Crosbie was the daughter of Charles Crosbie and Maria Teresa Salvi.2 She married, firstly, Major George Ernest Rose on 5 June 1862.1 She married, secondly, Captain Francis Henry Hamilton, son of Sir Robert North Collie Hamilton of Silvertonhill, 6th Bt. and Constantia Anson, on 12 April 1867.1 She died in 1912.1
     From 5 June 1862, her married name became Rose. From 12 April 1867, her married name became Hamilton.1
