     Walter MacGeough Bond was born on 14 February 1790.¹ He was the son of Joshua McGeough and Anne Johnstone.³ A settlement for the marriage between him and Mary Isabella Joy was made on 19 January 1826.¹ He married, secondly, Anne Smyth, daughter of Ralph Smyth and Anna Maria Staples, in 1830.¹ He died in 1866.²
     He was given the name of Walter MacGeough at birth.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, in 1811 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Armagh in 1819.¹ He was a practising Barrister-at-Iaw.¹ On 5 November 1824 his name was legally changed to Walter MacGeough Bond by Royal Licence.¹ He lived at The Argory, 144 Derrycaw Road, Moy, Dungannon, County Armagh, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Silver Bridge, County Armagh, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Drumsill, County Armagh, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Ann McGeough was born on 6 January 1786.¹ She was the daughter of Joshua McGeough and Anne Johnstone.² She died on 28 March 1857 at age 71, unmarried.¹

     Isabella McGeough was born on 30 July 1787.¹ She was the daughter of Joshua McGeough and Anne Johnstone.² She died on 7 November 1817 at age 30, unmarried.¹

     Elisabeth McGeough was born in June 1791.¹ She was the daughter of Joshua McGeough and Anne Johnstone.² She died on 4 May 1861 at age 69, unmarried.¹

     Henry Joy lived at Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Isabella Joy was the daughter of Henry Joy.² A settlement for the marriage between her and Walter MacGeough Bond was made on 19 January 1826.¹ She died on 1 March 1829.¹
     From 19 January 1826, her married name became MacGeough Bond.¹

     Mary Isabella MacGeough Bond is the daughter of Walter MacGeough Bond and Mary Isabella Joy.² She married Robert Staples.¹
     Her married name became Staples.

     Joshua Walter MacGeough Bond was born on 30 September 1831.¹ He was the son of Walter MacGeough Bond and Anne Smyth.² He married Albertine Louise Alphonsine Shanahan, daughter of Frederick Shanahan, in 1856.¹ He died on 29 August 1905 at age 73.¹
     He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Armagh between 1855 and 1857.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Armagh between 1859 and 1865.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the 49th Foot.¹ In 1872 High Sheriff.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Armagh.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Armagh.¹ He lived at Drumsill, County Armagh, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at 197 Rue Faubourg St. Honore, Paris, France^G.¹

     Ralph MacGeough Bond Shelton was born on 14 November 1832.¹ He was the son of Walter MacGeough Bond and Anne Smyth.² He married Caroline Molesworth, daughter of Arthur Nepean Molesworth and Harriet Hawkins, on 21 May 1873.¹ He died on 8 March 1916 at age 83, without issue.¹
     He was given the name of Ralph MacGeough Bond at birth.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 12th Royal Lancers.¹ In 1852 he survived the wreck of the troopship Birkenhead by keeping his trousers on (the sharks first attacked those without protection.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Armagh.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Armagh.¹ He lived at The Argory, 144 Derrycaw Road, Moy, Dungannon, County Armagh, Ireland^G.¹
