Sir Thomas Parker was born in 1695.3 He was the son of George Parker and Margaret Turton.3 He married, firstly, Anne Whitehall, daughter of James Whitehall, in 1731.3 He married, secondly, Martha Strong, daughter of Edward Strong, on 1 March 1740.3 He died on 29 December 1784.3
He was a practising barrister at the Middle Temple in 1724.3 He acquired the Pipe Ridwan estate through his first wife.3 He was a practising King’s Serjeant in 1736.3 He was a practising Baron Exchequer in 1738.3 He was a practising Judge of Common Pleas in 1740.3 He was a practising Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer between 1742 and 1772.3 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)3 He lived at Park Hall, Staffordshire, EnglandG.3
