     Francis Richard Seton Rundall is the son of Frank Lionel Montagu Rundall.¹ He married Lady Rosalthé Frances Ryder, daughter of Dudley Danvers Granville Coutts Ryder, 7th Earl of Harrowby and Jeanette Rosalthé Johnston-Saint, on 23 June 1976.¹

     He was a practising barrister.¹ He held the office of Solicitor-General in 1733.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Germans in 1733.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tiverton between 1733 and 1754.¹ He held the office of Attorney-General in 1737.¹ He held the office of Chief Justice of the King’s Bench between 1754 and 1756.¹ On 24 May 1756 a warrant to enoble him was signed, but he died before it passed the Great Seal.¹

     Richard Ryder was born in August 1657.¹ He was the son of Reverend Dudley Ryder and Anne Bickley.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Marshall, daughter of William Marshall.¹ He died in January 1735 at age 77.¹
     He became a Master of the Skinners’ Company in 1717.¹ He lived at Hackney, London, England^G.¹

     Reverend Dudley Ryder was born in 1628.¹ He was the son of Robert Ryder.¹ He married Anne Bickley, daughter of Richard Bickley.¹ He died in 1682.¹
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He lived at Bedworth, Warwickshire, England^G.¹
