     Her married name became de Stanton.

     Geoffrey de Stanton married Beatrice Giffard, daughter of Bartholomew Giffard and Mabel (?).¹

     Baldwin Giffard was the son of Baldwin Giffard.² He died before 1238.¹
     He was enfeoffed by Oliver de Dinham of land at East and West Clifford in the Manor of Hartland, and by William de Marisco of land at Hundreswalles on Lundy Island.¹ In 1215 his estates were confiscated during French invasion but subsequently restored.¹

     Roger Giffard was the son of Baldwin Giffard.² He married Joan Prudhomme, daughter of Martin Prudhomme, circa 1249.¹ He died before 1268.¹
     Also held a life tenure of the Awilscombes from his cousins the GIFFARDs of Clovelly.¹ He enfeoffed his brother Walter of land at Clifford.¹

     Walter Giffard is the son of Baldwin Giffard.²
     He lived at Clifford^G.¹

     Floer Giffard is the son of Walter Giffard.¹

     Joan Prudhomme is the daughter of Martin Prudhomme.² She married Roger Giffard, son of Baldwin Giffard, circa 1249.¹
     From circa 1249, her married name became Giffard.

     Bartholomew Giffard was the son of Roger Giffard and Joan Prudhomme.² He married Jone de Halsbiri, daughter of Peter de Halsbiri.¹ He died in 1314.¹
