     Ernst Graf zu Dietz was born on 12 August 1554.¹ He was the son of Philip I Landgraf von Hessen and Margarete von der Saale.¹ He died in 1570.¹

     Anna Gräfin zu Dietz was born in 1557.¹ She was the daughter of Philip I Landgraf von Hessen and Margarete von der Saale.¹ She died in 1558.¹

     William Pitcairn was born at Carnbee, Fife, Scotland^G.¹ He is the son of Major John Pitcairn and Elizabeth Dalrymple.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Marines.¹

     Thomas Corrie married Clementina Blair Ross, daughter of Colonel Andrew Ross and Isabella MacDonnell.²
     He lived at Newton Aird, Dumfries-shire, Scotland.³

     Mary Corrie is the daughter of Thomas Corrie and Clementina Blair Ross.^2,3 She married George Stewart, son of Leveson Douglas Stewart and Elizabeth Dalrymple-Hay, in September 1843.¹
     From September 1843, her married name became Stewart.

     Leveson Douglas Stewart was born on 10 December 1844.¹ He was the son of George Stewart and Mary Corrie.² He married Kate Gillone, daughter of James Gillone, on 10 September 1871.¹ He died on 28 March 1916 at age 71.¹
