     He was educated at St. Lawrence College, Ramsgate, Kent, England^G.¹ He was educated at Imperial College of Science, Technology, Wye, Kent, England^G.¹ He was appointed Associate Member, Institute of Mechanial Engineers (A.M.Inst.Mech.E.) in 1922.¹ He was appointed Associate, City and Guilds Institute (A.C.G.I.)¹

     Robert Edmund Bindon Blood was born on 24 May 1926.¹ He is the son of Robert Bindon Blood and Doris Irene M’Whinnie.¹ He married Marie Patricia Sherwin, daughter of Cyril Joseph Sherwin, on 29 July 1955.¹
     He was educated at All Hallows School, Rousdon, Devon, England^G.¹ He was educated at Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He was an accountant.¹ As of 1976, Robert Edmund Bindon Blood lived at 5 Kent Drive, Teddington, London, England^G.¹

     Marie Patricia Sherwin was born in 1925.² She was the daughter of Cyril Joseph Sherwin.¹ She married Robert Edmund Bindon Blood, son of Robert Bindon Blood and Doris Irene M’Whinnie, on 29 July 1955.¹ She died in 2003.²
     From 29 July 1955, her married name became Blood.¹

     From 20 January 1951, her married name became Hill.¹
