     Robert Blake was the son of Walter Blake.1 He married Catherine D’Arcy, daughter of Richard D’Arcy.1 He died on 15 December 1615.1 He died on 15 December 1615.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 2 May 1616 at Tuam, County Galway, IrelandG.1
     He was granted by patent Ballinacourt, (later Wallscourt), of Ardfry in County Galway, and of lands in Mayo on 12 May 1612.1 His last will was dated 3 July 1612.3 He lived at Ardfry, Ballynacourt, County Galway, IrelandG.1

     Sir Richard Blake was the son of Robert Blake and Catherine D’Arcy.1 He married Gyles Kirwan, daughter of Andrew Kirwan.1 He died from 13 June 1663 to 20 July 1663.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 20 July 1663.1
     He was appointed Knight on 8 August 1624 by Lord Deputy Viscount Falkland.1 He held the office of Mayor of Galway in 1627.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Galway in 1639.1 He held the office of Speaker, Supreme Council of Kilkenny in 1648.1 He lived at Ardfry, Ballynacourt, County Galway, IrelandG.1 His last will was dated 13 June 1663.2
