     He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment.² Between 1888 and 1889 he played two cricket tests for England in South Africa.³ He was with the Bechuanaland Border Police between 1888 and 1896.² He fought in the Jameson’s Raid in 1896.² He was with the West Africa Frontier Force between 1898 and 1899.² He fought in the Matabele War.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Brevet Colonel in the Royal Artillery.² He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1923.² He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in 1927 in the Royal Artillery.² He lived at Earl’s Croome Court, Worcestershire, England^G.⁴

     Lily Whitehouse was the daughter of William Fitzhugh Whitehouse.¹ She married Colonel Hon. Charles John Coventry, son of George William Coventry, 9th Earl of Coventry and Lady Blanche Craven, on 16 January 1900.¹ She died on 1 March 1970.¹
     Her married name became Coventry.

     George William Coventry, Viscount Deerhurst was born on 15 November 1865 at Charles Street, Berkeley Square, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of George William Coventry, 9th Earl of Coventry and Lady Blanche Craven.¹ He married Virginia Lea Daniel, daughter of William Daniel and Rodie Stephens, on 10 March 1894 at All Saints’ Church, Ennismore Gardens, London, England^G.¹ He died on 8 August 1927 at age 61.²
     He was styled as Viscount Deerhurst.¹ He was educated between 1879 and 1884 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.^1,2 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Worcestershire Regiment.³ He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Victoria.¹ He was a stockbroker in 1888 at London, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of the Worcestershire County Council.³ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Territorial Force Reserve.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)³ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)³ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 2nd Volunteer Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment.³ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.³

     Julia Elizabeth Craven was born on 4 August 1877.¹ She was the daughter of Walter Arthur Keppel Craven and Comtesse Elisabetta Maria Luigia Tadea Tadini.¹ She died on 24 November 1954 at age 77 at Varese, Italy^G, unmarried.¹

     Edith Maude Smallwood was the daughter of Albert Smallwood.¹ She married Colonel Arthur Julius Craven, son of Walter Arthur Keppel Craven and Comtesse Elisabetta Maria Luigia Tadea Tadini, on 23 October 1909.¹ She died on 20 July 1935.¹
     Her married name became Craven.

     Charlotte Mairi Villiers was born on 27 October 1965.¹ She is the daughter of Alastair Michael Hyde Villiers and Hon. Elizabeth Mairi Keppel.² She married Rupert Edinmore Gather in 1995.¹
     From 1995, her married name became Gather.

     Henry Edward Fox, 4th Baron Holland of Foxley was born on 7 March 1802 at Holland House, England^G.¹ He was the son of Henry Richard Vassall Fox, 3rd Baron Holland of Foxley and Elizabeth Vassall.³ He married Lady Mary Augusta Coventry, daughter of George William Coventry, 8th Earl of Coventry and Lady Mary Beauclerk, on 9 May 1833.⁴ He died on 18 December 1859 at age 57 at Naples, Italy^G, without surviving issue.¹

     Charles Daniel Finch-Knightley, 10th Earl of Aylesford was born on 23 August 1886.¹ He was the son of Major Charles Wightwick Finch, 8th Earl of Aylesford and Marcella Araminta Victoria Ross.¹ He married Aileen Jane Chartres Boyle, daughter of William McCormac Boyle and Ellen Olympia Tayler, on 7 February 1918.¹ He died on 20 March 1958 at age 71.¹
     He was given the name of Charles Daniel Finch at birth.¹ He was in the Merchant Service.³ In 1912 his name was legally changed to Charles Daniel Finch-Knightley.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 7th Battalion, Rifle Brigade and the Canadian Forces.³ He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.³ He was Military Secretary to the Governor-General of Australia between 1918 and 1920.³ He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Aylesford, co. Kent [G.B., 1714] on 28 May 1940.¹ He succeeded as the 10th Baron of Guernsey [E., 1703] on 28 May 1940.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Warwickshire.³
