     Isaac Barton was born in 1835.1 He was the son of Andrew Barton and Anne Gatchell.1 He married, firstly, Charlotte Hoysted, daughter of Frederick Hoysted, in 1859.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Roe, daughter of William Roe and Frances Phillips, in 1872.2 He died in 1905.1
     In 1879 he inherited a corn mill and 50 acres of land.2 In 1887 he was adjudged bankrupt.2

     He lived at Ballinfrase, Rathdowney, County Laois, IrelandG, inheirited from his uncle, William Barton, in 1894.1
