     Admiral Sir Hugh Palliser, 1st Bt. was born in 1722.2 He was the son of Hugh Palliser and Mary Robinson.1,3 He died on 19 March 1796, unmarried.4
     He held the office of Governor of Newfoundland between 1764 and 1766.2 He gained the rank of Admiral of the White.4 He was created 1st Baronet Palliser, of The Vatch, co. Bucks [Great Britain] on 6 August 1773.4 He held the office of a Lord of the Admiralty.4 He lived at The Vatch, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.4

     Denzill Ibbetson was the son of Sir Henry Ibbetson, 1st Bt. and Isabella Carr.1 He died on 2 February 1776, killed in a shooting party by the accidental discharge of his gun.1
