     Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt. was born on 1 June 1857 at Tillotson Place, Waterloo Road, Lambeth, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Delves Broughton, 9th Bt. and Eliza Florence Alexandrina Rosenzweig.¹ He married, firstly, Rosamond Broughton, daughter of John Lambert Broughton and Anne Selina Adderley, on 26 April 1881 at Yazor, Herefordshire, England^G.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Evelyn Cotton, daughter of Rowland Hugh Cotton and Mary Louisa Bill, on 21 December 1887.¹ He died on 15 April 1914 at age 56.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th Battalion, Prince of Wales’ (North Staffordshire) Regiment.² He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Broughton, of Broughton, co. Stafford [E., 1661] on 26 February 1899.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cheshire.²

     Rosamond Broughton was born on 3 December 1861 at Market Drayton, Shropshire, England.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Lambert Broughton and Anne Selina Adderley.¹ She married Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt., son of Sir Henry Delves Broughton, 9th Bt. and Eliza Florence Alexandrina Rosenzweig, on 26 April 1881 at Yazor, Herefordshire, England^G.¹ She died on 11 October 1885 at age 23.¹

     John Lambert Broughton was born on 19 January 1831 at Market Drayton, Shropshire, England.² He married Anne Selina Adderley, daughter of Ralph Adderley, on 11 October 1859 at Barlaston, Staffordshire, England.² He died on 3 April 1914 at age 83 at Nantwich, Cheshire, England.²
     He lived at Tunstall Hall, Market Drayton, Shropshire, England^G.³ He lived at Almington Hall, Staffordshire, England^G.¹

     Anne Selina Adderley was born circa 1829.² She is the daughter of Ralph Adderley.¹ She married John Lambert Broughton on 11 October 1859 at Barlaston, Staffordshire, England.² She died on 25 December 1911 at Bath, Somerset, England.²
     From 11 October 1859, her married name became Broughton.²

     Mary Evelyn Cotton was the daughter of Rowland Hugh Cotton and Mary Louisa Bill.¹ She married Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt., son of Sir Henry Delves Broughton, 9th Bt. and Eliza Florence Alexandrina Rosenzweig, on 21 December 1887.¹ She died on 13 May 1915.²
     From 21 December 1887, her married name became Broughton.¹
