Sir Delves Louis Broughton, 10th Bt.1 
He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th Battalion, Prince of Wales’ (North Staffordshire) Regiment.2 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Broughton, of Broughton, co. Stafford [E., 1661] on 26 February 1899.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cheshire.2
