     Anne Hunter was the daughter of John Hunter.¹ She married Stamp Brooksbank, son of Benjamin Brooksbank and Philippa Clitherow.¹ She died on 15 January 1853.¹
     Her married name became Brooksbank.¹

     James Brooksbank was born on 21 September 1786.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Brooksbank and Philippa Clitherow.¹ He married Ann Raper, daughter of John Raper, 28th of Lampslugh and Katherine Wolley, on 19 July 1815.¹ He died on 27 February 1870 at age 83.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at The Bailey, County Durham, England^G.¹

     Ann Raper was the daughter of John Raper, 28th of Lampslugh and Katherine Wolley.^1,2 She married James Brooksbank, son of Benjamin Brooksbank and Philippa Clitherow, on 19 July 1815.¹ She died on 19 December 1857.¹
     From 19 July 1815, her married name became Brooksbank.¹

     John Raper, 28th of Lampslugh was the son of Anne Lamplugh.² He married Katherine Wolley, daughter of Reverend Godfrey Wolley and Katherine Lamplugh, on 16 October 1789 at Fulford, Staffordshire, England^G.² He died on 3 July 1824.²
     He lived at Lotherton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Abberford, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     James Brooksbank was born on 27 September 1816.¹ He was the son of James Brooksbank and Ann Raper.¹ He married Marianne Edmonds, daughter of Thomas Edmonds, on 4 February 1844.¹ He died on 27 March 1863 at age 46.¹
     He was a practising barrister.¹

     Marianne Edmonds was the daughter of Thomas Edmonds.¹ She married James Brooksbank, son of James Brooksbank and Ann Raper, on 4 February 1844.¹ She died on 11 October 1852.¹
     From 4 February 1844, her married name became Brooksbank.¹

     Thomas Edmonds lived at London, England^G.¹

     James Brooksbank was born on 26 April 1845.¹ He was the son of James Brooksbank and Marianne Edmonds.¹ He died, in infancy.¹
