Sir Reginald Blaker, 2nd Bt.1 
He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1921 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Blaker, of Brighton, co. Sussex [U.K., 1919] on 11 June 1926.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Spelthorpe between 1931 and 1945.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery (Territorial Army.)1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1942.1
