     Venerable Samuel Wattleworth was born in 1646 at Lezayre, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was the son of John Wattleworth and Barbar Caesar.^1,2 He married Jane Barton circa 1673.¹ He died on 20 December 1718 at German, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was buried at St. German’s Cathedral, Peel, Isle of Man^G.¹
     He was the Vicar in 1672 at Kirk Michael, Isle of Man^G.² He was the Vicar between 27 March 1677 and 1691 at Patrick, Isle of Man^G.² He was the Vicar between 5 July 1682 and 1703 at German, Isle of Man^G.² He held the office of Vicar-General between 1694 and 1703.¹ He held the office of Archdeacon of St. German’s Cathedral on 10 January 1703.¹

     Jane Barton was born in 1642 at Lezayre, Isle of Man^G.¹ She married Venerable Samuel Wattleworth, son of John Wattleworth and Barbar Caesar, circa 1673.¹ She died on 5 August 1721 at German, Isle of Man^G.¹ She was buried at St. German’s Cathedral, Peel, Isle of Man^G.¹

     John Wattleworth was born circa 1677.² He was the son of Venerable Samuel Wattleworth and Jane Barton.¹ He married Margaret Quayle, daughter of Richard Quayle and Ann Gawn, in 1707.¹ He died in 1748 at Knockrushen, Rushen, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was buried in 1748 at Malew, Isle of Man^G.¹
     He had four other sons and three other daughters.²

     Margaret Quayle was born before 1692. She was the daughter of Richard Quayle and Ann Gawn.² She married John Wattleworth, son of Venerable Samuel Wattleworth and Jane Barton, in 1707.¹ She died in 1752 at Knockrushen, Rushen, Isle of Man^G.¹ She was buried in 1752 at Malew, Isle of Man^G.¹

     John Wattleworth was born before 1748 at Knockrushen, Rushen, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was the son of John Wattleworth and Margaret Quayle.¹

     Samuel Wattleworth was born at Knockrushen, Rushen, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was the son of John Wattleworth and Anne Halsall.¹ He married Ellinor Christian, daughter of Edward Christian and Anne Savage.¹ He died after 1798.¹
     He held the office of Member of the House of Keys (M.H.K.)¹

     Reverend Charles Wattleworth was born on 16 December 1675 at German, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was the son of Venerable Samuel Wattleworth and Jane Barton.¹ He died on 26 May 1728 at age 52 at St. German’s Cathedral, Peel, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was buried in 1752 at St. German’s Cathedral, Isle of Man^G.¹
     He was Deacon of Sodor and Man on 25 September 1698.² He was Archdeacon’s Registrar in 1706 at St. German’s Cathedral, Peel, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was the Curate at Andreas, Isle of Man^G.² He was the Vicar on 21 June 1726 at Arbory, Isle of Man^G.²

     Margaret Wattleworth was born before 1728. She was the daughter of Reverend Charles Wattleworth.¹ She married John Garrett.¹

     John Garrett was born before 1730 at Ballabrooie, Kirk Lezayre, Isle of Man^G.¹ He married Margaret Wattleworth, daughter of Reverend Charles Wattleworth.¹
     He was captain of Lezayre Parish.¹

     Esther Wattleworth was born before 1728. She was the daughter of Reverend Charles Wattleworth.¹ She married John Thompson.¹
