     Sir George Bingham, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1625.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Bingham, 1st Bt. and Catherine Byrne.1 He married, firstly, unknown wife (?) before 1661.1 He married, secondly, Anne Partiger on 1 June 1661 at St. Benet’s, Paul’s Wharf, London, EnglandG.1 He and Rebecca Middleton obtained a marriage license on 5 December 1661.1 He died before 1 June 1682.1,2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bingham, of Castlebar, co. Mayo [N.S., 1634] after 1648.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Castlebar [Ireland] between 1661 and 1666.1 He held the office of Sheriff of County Mayo from 1662 to 1663.2 He held the office of Custos Rotulorum of County Mayo in 1663.2 He held the office of Sheriff of County Mayo from 1678 to 1679.2
