     Sir Francis Boynton was born before 1591.
     He lived at Barington, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Sir James Bellingham, 2nd Bt. was baptised on 8 September 1623.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Bellingham, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Boynton.¹ He married Catherine Willoughby, daughter of Sir Henry Willoughby, 1st Bt. and Lettice Darcy.¹ He died in October 1650 at age 27, without issue, a few days after his father.¹ He was buried on 26 October 1650 at Heversham, Cumberland, England^G.¹ His will was proven (by probate) in 1651.¹
     He was admitted to Gray’s Inn on 7 May 1640.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Westmorland from January 1646 to December 1648.¹ On 19 May 1649 he was fined £200.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bellingham, of Helsington, co. Westmorland [E., 1620] in October 1650.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Catherine Willoughby was the daughter of Sir Henry Willoughby, 1st Bt. and Lettice Darcy.¹ She married, firstly, Sir James Bellingham, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Henry Bellingham, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Boynton.¹ She married George Purefoy before 1656.¹ She died at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ She died intestate and her estate was administered on 30 June 1673.¹ She died intestate and her estate was administered on 2 May 1676.¹
     Her married name became Bellingham.¹ From before 1656, her married name became Purefoy.¹

     Lettice Darcy is the daughter of Sir Francis Darcy.¹ She married Sir Henry Willoughby, 1st Bt.
     Her married name became Willoughby.¹

     George Purefoy married Catherine Willoughby, daughter of Sir Henry Willoughby, 1st Bt. and Lettice Darcy, before 1656.¹ He died before January 1671.¹
     He lived at Whalley, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Henry Purefoy, 1st Bt. is the son of George Purefoy and Catherine Willoughby.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Purefoy [England] in 1686.¹

     Sir Daniel Bellingham, 1st Bt. was born circa 1620.¹ He was the son of Robert Bellingham and Margaret White.¹ He married Jane Barlow, daughter of Richard Barlow, circa 1645.¹ He died between 27 April 1672 and 12 July 1672.¹ He was buried at St. Werburgh’s, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ His will was proven (by probate) on 12 July 1672.¹
     In 1644 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, he was sworn of the Goldsmiths’ Guild.¹ He was admitted to Freeman of Dublin in 1648.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of County Dublin in 1655.¹ He held the office of Alderman of Dublin in 1656.¹ He gained the rank of Major in 1659 in the City of Dublin Militia.¹ He was appointed Knight on 30 September 1662.¹ He held the office of Deputy Reciever-General and Vice-Treasurer [Ireland] between 1663 and 1666.² He held the office of Lord Mayor of Dublin from 1665 to 1666.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Bellingham, of Dubber, co. Dublin [Ireland] on 18 March 1666/67.¹ His last will was dated 27 April 1672.

     Robert Bellingham was the son of Alan Bellingham and Dorothy Sandford.² He married Margaret White.² He died in 1639.¹ He was buried in 1639 at Kendal, Westmorland, England^G.¹
     He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1595.² He held the office of Sheriff of County Longford from 1611 to 1612.¹ He was Attorney to the Second Remembrancer of the Exchequer between 1616 and 1620.¹ He inherited the estates of Great Strickland and Milkinthorpe from his father, which he probably sold before emigrating to Ireland.² He lived at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.²

     Margaret White married Robert Bellingham, son of Alan Bellingham and Dorothy Sandford.² She died on 11 November 1668.¹ She was buried at St. Werburgh’s, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹
     She lived at Clongell, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹ Her married name became Bellingham.²
