     Sir George Edwin Douglas Duntze, 6th Bt. was born on 1 June 1913 at Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa^G.² He was the son of George Puxley Duntze, 5th Bt. and Violet May Sanderson.³ He married, firstly, Joan Bradstock, daughter of Major Frederick Edgar Bradstock, on 30 July 1941.¹ He and Joan Bradstock were divorced in 1966.¹ He married, secondly, Nesta Herbert, daughter of Thomas Richard Pendrell Herbert and Florence Anne Travers Smyth, on 5 November 1966.¹ He died on 20 May 1985 at age 71 at London, England^G.²
     He was educated at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was with the Colonial Administration Service in 1936.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Duntze, of Tiverton, co. Devon [G.B., 1774] on 20 May 1947.¹ He was Provisional Commissioner of Uganda between 1952 and 1961.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1960.¹

     Joan Bradstock was born on 20 January 1912.¹ She was the daughter of Major Frederick Edgar Bradstock.² She married Sir George Edwin Douglas Duntze, 6th Bt., son of George Puxley Duntze, 5th Bt. and Violet May Sanderson, on 30 July 1941.¹ She and Sir George Edwin Douglas Duntze, 6th Bt. were divorced in 1966.¹ She died on 29 August 1972 at age 60.¹
     From 30 July 1941, her married name became Duntze.¹

     Lorna Esmée Mackenzie was born on 5 September 1943.¹ She is the daughter of Vyvyan James Roderick Mackenzie and Esmée Ida Duntze.² She married Lex Mackenzie.¹

     Lex Mackenzie married Lorna Esmée Mackenzie, daughter of Vyvyan James Roderick Mackenzie and Esmée Ida Duntze.¹

     Nicola Mackenzie is the daughter of Lex Mackenzie and Lorna Esmée Mackenzie.¹

     Andrew Mackenzie is the son of Lex Mackenzie and Lorna Esmée Mackenzie.¹

     Elizabeth Joan Duntze was born on 6 March 1944.¹ She is the daughter of Sir George Edwin Douglas Duntze, 6th Bt. and Joan Bradstock.² She married Nicholas Lowther James Grove, son of Lt.-Col. Michael Grove, on 5 November 1966 at St. Mary the Boltons Church, London, England^G.³
     From 5 November 1966, her married name became Grove.³ She lived in 2003 at Malden Lodge, Stone Cross, Bisington, Kent, England^G.¹

     Nicholas Lowther James Grove is the son of Lt.-Col. Michael Grove.² He married Elizabeth Joan Duntze, daughter of Sir George Edwin Douglas Duntze, 6th Bt. and Joan Bradstock, on 5 November 1966 at St. Mary the Boltons Church, London, England^G.³
